Bespoke Training Programme

Progressive Pro Program

30-minute consultation: You'll start with an initial consultation to discuss your goals and

training.

Video movement analysis: Your movement patterns will be analyzed via video to ensure

proper form and identify areas for improvement.

5 messages and 1 video upload per week: You'll have more frequent communication

with your coach and the ability to upload one video per week for feedback.

Monthly 15-minute call with a coach: You'll have a monthly call to discuss your

progress and any adjustments needed.

Complete Pro Program

60-minute consultation: A more in-depth initial consultation to thoroughly understand

your needs and goals.

Video movement analysis: Similar to Progressive Pro, your movement will be analyzed

via video.

10 messages and 4 videos per week: You'll have extensive communication access with

your coach, including the ability to upload multiple videos for feedback each week.

Weekly check call with a coach: Regular weekly calls to ensure you stay on track and

receive consistent support.

1 in-person or remote session per month: You'll benefit from a monthly session with

your coach, either in person or remotely, for more hands-on guidance.

Full Integration with any on-bike coaches being used: Your strength and conditioning

program will be seamlessly integrated with any cycling-specific training you are already

doing with another coach.

  • We offer 1:1 programme led sessions. Coaching will be individual to you, based on the findings of your initial assessment and your training goals. Perfect for those looking for motivation, a expert coaching eye and a truly bespoke service

Online Coaching

We offer an online training service, perfect for those looking to benefit from the direction of an expert coach but wanting to do so in their own home.
